If you have Microsoft Office Picture Manager, or any other picture software, there should be a place to resize your photos. From there you can size it for webpages. If you are in Picture Manager it is under the edit menu and resize to website.

Download this small program and you can resize all of your pictures to any size you want including thumbnails.

Photobucket.com you can sign up for a free account and once you click on a picture, you can resize it for your website.

download a program called iview (infranview) think you can get it from www.download.com anyways its have a resize option (its a picture viewer)
