Whats the 5 most important things you look for in a woman..?

OK, since you asked for order of priority rather than chronological order....
1) Is she empathetic? That is, can she see things from another person's point of view? If she can, then she'll be far less likely to hurt you thoughtlessly, and be more likely to be thoughtful to you.
2) Is she fun to be around?
3) Is she generous? Does she give (time, doing things for/with, gifts, etc.) to those whom she loves, or is she concerned about others giving to her?
4) Does she share the same interests that I do? (This would be things to do together - everything from what to do on dates to how we prefer to be intimate with each other.)
5) Is she good looking and sexy? (I know, 2 different things, but closely related, so I combined them.)

5. Looks last
I went by this and I found what has been my g.f for almost 7 months now.. Good luck on finding that perfect girl for you

IQ - She can't be stoopid if I want to spend time with her
EQ - She has to be emotionally stable - no one likes psychopaths
Eyes- nice eyes are essential
Hygene - I can't stand a woman who smells bad
Adventurousness, gotta be able to have fun in a variety of situations ;)
