I could tell you still love him, by the fact that you sent it! but if you should have or not depends on how bad the break up was! I don't think it was over demanding or stalking, maybe interpreted as an old friend who still cares. what is wrong with that?

"Hi its Jasmine...i cant believe you broke your ancle....thats nice..."

OMG.. what do u mean by "thats nice???"
(perhaps.. he just had such a horrible & terrible accident.. that its nice 'just' to have broken ancle.. I suppose..)

to my opinion, you should not wrote that.. -> "email me back"

it was just like you give him the 'power' to determine or right, whether to start the friendship again or not..
it is you.. who should have that one..

for now on, maybe you will consider not to say something more unless he email / contact you back..

I have the same situation {except the ancle} and my ex-girlfriend and I talk. I still love her as well and she loves me, but it will never work in our case for the fact she walked out on me, and I will never be able to forget it. So if he answers you back nicely, then persue it, but depending on the reason for your break up will also affect any future feelings. GOOD LUCK

wow...u said that it was NICE he broke his ankle?? WHY?? and ttyl..maybee? wats that all about?
okay..so you could have been nicer, but alls not lost yet. find his number, give him a call, ask him how he's doing. but leave it at that...don't be over-pushy!

I wouldnt have been like "thats nice" if I were you, but you never know he might feel the same way, but atleast by sending him this you could have ignited a spark

its not wrong that you sent him that email it was just showing that you still care about him and you dont want to see him hurt or in pain....but i dont think you should have said more.....wait for him to make the next move .....if he still likes you he will let you know....and if he doesnt then move on....theres plenty other guys out there waiting for you to pop into their lives

I agree with the second poster. When you say "that's nice" it sounds sarcastic like you're glad he broke his ankle.

Be careful!

What was "that's nice" about?

Unless you were the dumper and are trying to get back with him, it's going to seem weird to him.
