best program for fax cover?

Question

what is the best ms suite program for making a fax cover. i need to freeze part of it, like graphic so that people cannot change that part but be able to fill in their personal info.

Download the template you want
click Insert, Break, Continuous
Add graphic and any text you want

To freeze part of it you will have to familiarize yourself with forms. Create the FAX cover sheet as you want it then click Tools, Protect, click Form. You will then get the option to protect a particular section of the form.

Anyone using the form cannot make any changes to the protected part -- unless he/she knows how to Tools, Unprotect.

click the Help button in Word and look up forms and protect.
