I prefer crispy. Chewy
can get cold and too moist.

You know, I like my bacon both ways, although, if it's combined with another food (like a BLT) then I prefer crispy..

Crispy. (The kind that if you were to crush it in your hand it would crumble into pieces.) In order to get to that level more of the fat melts off and if there are any questions about flavor when you crisp it- flavors get more uniform because of the concentration.

i like bacon either way so long as its not gummy or hard as a rock. i suppose as long as it is the good kind, cooked and tastey then may day begins any which way the bacon comes
