I have such a bad allergic reaction to M.S.G. that I have a grand mal seizure in the early morning(3-4 am) after I ingest it. I feel so alone because I have never met anyone like me. I can't eat out and I can't eat most foods. It really sucks, you know.

I don't eat MSG just because, well I don't, so eat foods without MSG

It doesn't give me seizures but it does give me fever and chills, stomach cramps, dizziness, and weakness. It was gradual, I used to eat it and get headaches, and the last few times it was horrible. I don't mind because now I eat at home more and I'm gatting better at cooking.

YES,, and neurologists never will admit to it that we may know more of root causes of seizures, than what they know, or let us know based on their own bread & butter reasons that we need to take their drugs, which MSG is the drug companies & doctors bread & butter.

I'm sorry to hear that. Ignore the smart aleck answers they do not understand how you feel.
I am unable to eat at salad bars, mostly restaurants my family likes. I break out in hives.

I'm allergic to MSG and I manage to eat a lot of things..OUT too.
Just ask if they use it....and read the labels

No but I get heart burn and sometimes if it's real bad I get acid reflux from MSG. My dad and brother get the same thing too.
