I have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I need help!!! Thank you all...

Your weight should stablize once you are on your medications. When did you have your last TSH level checked? If its been 6 months or a year you should get it rechecked to be sure your medicine (if taking some) has it in the normal limits.
Then try to just eat a moderate portions according to your exercise.

Well I found a program that really works. It allowed me to lose 20lbs in a month (guys lose more quicker than females). So If your looking for a weight lose program I have a suggestion.
