It could mean several things. Yes, she might have liked you but was too afraid to say anything. But what seems to be more likely is that someone was playing a prank, either on you or on the owner of said brassier. I know that sort of thing happens a lot in the dorm I presently live in.

If a girl was going to be so brazen as to leave her bra (which aren't cheap, mind you) on your door, she would leave a note or follow up with some other sign. More likely than not, someone dropped it after carrying their laundry in hall or something, and someone else thought it would be funny to hang it from a door. I'm sure you are cute, but I wouldn't think too much into it.

Well, if no girl admitted to it and you haven't heard about it at all since then, I wouldn't called her an "admirer"... I would call her "a drunk girl who thinks it's funny to hang bras on doorknobs".

Perhaps some one was in a big hurry to get undressed on the way to their room and tossed their bra haphazardly and it some how landed on your door knob. I wouldn't take it as a sign that you have secret admirer.
