I am just going to give you a list of bad and good shampoos/conditoners for curly hair, or permed hair.

Good-John Freida, Garnier Fructis, Redken, Dove, Got-2-be, Tressame.

Bad-Pantene Pro-V, Suave, Vo5.

There is no good or bad Shampoo or Conditioner. It's just a matter of finding the right one for your hair. I use De Lorenzo, But i don't find it works for most of my clients like how it does for me. So, i use Redken. I find it's the best one. So no harm in experimenting and finding what you like. Good Luck. :)

You should try a few... but Mixed Chicks products are a good start. Their system isn't too oily, or too thin.
