I have drawn a picture in Paint, but the lines look pixelated and rough. Is there a way to correct this problem and make the lines look smooth?

Don't ask me why I'm drawing pictures in Paint.

not in paint there isn't, it's far too basic and doesn't contain a blur tool, or anti-aliasing, or pretty much anything useful.

you gets what you pays for - there's no substitute for photoshop.

I really do not think that you can do that with paint but here is a program called Pixia that is far better then the one you are using and it is free and has no spy-ware or ad-ware. Give it a try. Download are over to the left and pay attention cause there are some for other languages.

If you insist on using MS Paint, then I suggest that you draw the picture on a larger scale, then use the "stretch" function to resize it smaller. That'll do the trick.

Nope. Not in Paint.
Sorry, I hate how that happens. You can try using the brush to smooth it, but that could get messy.
