I have the same problem.
This is what I do.
Buy aussie hair styling products. You can get it at Wal-mart for cheap.
Get the heat protector, frizz control, and the leave-in-conditoner.
Okay.
Wash your hair with Shampoo ONLY.
When you dry your hair..dry it with a towel first.
DO NOT RUB THE TOWEL ALL THROUGH YOUR HAIR.
Use it gently because the towel causes frizz.
Put in the leave-in-conditioner.
Dry it again with a towel, until it is damp.
Then put in the heat protector.
Next.
Blow-dry your hair.
Then part your hair into sections.
Then straighten each section.
It all depends on what straightener you use.
I am in cosmotology class right now, so you can trust me.
No straightener is safe.
But we all want the straight look, right?
I reccomend this straightner:
Wet to Dry.
It has heat settings up to 30 degrees.
Anyways.
After you straighten your hair put the frizz control cream in it.
IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY ALL THE PRODUCTS, FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE:
Wash your hair with shampoo, and conditioner.
Rinse out with cold water, because it closes up the hair follicles and prevents breakage.
If you dont want frizz, try not to blow dry.
Dry your hair with a towel.
Part your hair into sections.
and straighten each section.
If you get a better straightener, it won't take as long.
If you dont have time to wash your hair before you straighten it.
Then just part your hair into sections, and straighten each one.
Sleep on a silk pillowcase to prevent frizz.
WOAH! that is a long answer.
I hope it helps!

wash, blow dry, and straighten your hair at night before you go to bed. so that when you wake up you can just re-run the flat iron through it. then only wash youre hair every other day or even a couple days after. that way you wont have to constantly take forever to style it. use biosilk on your hair before flat ironing. it'll calm frizziness. make sure you have a really good flat iron. its worth the money to invest in a nice one. i recommend maxi glide straightener which is about $80. hope i helped a bit.

depends on the texture of your hair. i would go 2 a salon that specialize in straightening hair. get somebody who has been doing it along time. I know that one way they do it is by using perm solution and comb it through and use the same process without the curlers. it works pretty good.

Straightening shampoo might help a little bit, and maybe a hair softner to make the hair get straight faster.

Use a product like Graham Webb Smoothing Gel when you blow dry, it will make you work alot easier and then clip up hair and work from your nape up, in sections, it will go alot faster and be smoother too.
