Yes. Life's too short to withhold a precious emotion...like love, considering the fact the precious people in our lives dont come along that often. Unless they are married or have a gf. In that case, I would step back.
But make sure....that, u don't over do it. I hv found that men can get overwhelmed and might start escaping or avoiding when faced with such things. Unless they feel the same way. So always give them space after u tell them. Show them u r still sensible, and level-headed and cool and calm. And leave the ball in their court.

Yes, because at least I had the opportunity to tell the person, and if that person doesn't like me, at least I know, without having to think about it.
