cl Start
cl Settings
cl Control Panel
cl Add/Remove
Carefully look at what you have installed. Any misclick and a program could be history.

There won't be any hidden programs unless you know you hid them. System files are usually hidden - and with good reason - because we ordinary users might accidentally delete something that could disable our computers.
