Actually I think you did write it down wrong...

it's not possible. if something only comes once in a year, it can't also come twice in a month. 12 months in a year x 2 = 24 times a year, not once! not to mention 4 x a week and 6 x a day, not making sense either for the same reason

It's actually what comes one time in a year, once in a month, three times in a week, and once in a day.

The answer is the letter E.

While translating it is seen that once in a year, 24 times in a year 208 times in a year and 365x6 times in a year. What else other than the single and exclusive thing that you have in possession that COMES out of you.
