Okay, i just text a friend girl of mine telling her that i liked her, she texted back saying wow, then i re-texted asking whats the suppose to mean and she texts back saying i don't know at the moment! Help me out here what does this girl talk mean i'm freaking out!!!

Okay, now she is texting me about a different conversation we had earlier, is she trying to ignore it because she doesn't like me, or is too awkward to think about right now?

But they way she is texting it is making it appear to me that she thought i was saying something else (My text said i like you) so is she really thinking that or tricking me?!?!

give her space, just keep things normal and move on like nothing happened. DON'T pressure her or give her presents/gifts during this period.
don't talk to her unless completely necessary, cut the conversation short, and don't suffocate her.
trust me that she's thinking and considering about you, and if you did the above things carefully, she'll try to initiate talking with you. DON'T pressure her or talk about your previous request, have a fun attitude, be interesting and leave cheerfully on a high note.
by now, look at her response and if things seems ok, and it seems like she's actually interested in you, then ask her out and see what happens.. :)
important point: NEVER EVER PRESSURE HER IN THIS EARLY STAGE. RELAX, LAY BACK AND LET HER SET THE PACE.

Dude. Listen to the guy with experience. Be patient. Girls (the quality and honest to themselves ones) do not give a yes/no answer right of the bat coz they need to sort out their feelings first. They will not commit to a relationship out of the slightest pressure. It has to come from inside of them. Period.
The things I asked you to do before helps her to have some space, enjoys time with you, and helps to keep you in her mind constantly in a good way. If she has any interest in you, you are helping her make the decision and transition easier that way.
But heck, if you don't want to follow my advice, and want to keep on pressuring her and making her feel more awkward, then be my guest.

Maybe she might like you and it is a really surprice that you have revealed your feelings for her. It might take some time for her to come to her scences. Good Luck!!
