No Never, until and unless Muslims change their ideology. This apply not only in India but also through out the world. My opinion was not the same until 07/11. I lost my friend in that incident and consequently faith in Muslims. I have read that in gulf countries, people(especially hindus) are treated as slaves.

My friend Hindus and Muslims are living in haromny in this very own country of ours.

To prove my point I would like to highlight a few facts:

1> The population of muslims in this country is far more than the population of the muslims in a neighbouring muslim country. Had we not lived in harmony this country would have doomed by now...

2> There are a few so called leaders and political groups who keep shouting about religious differences. Even the so called Hindu party in the country did not try to ward of the muslims from the country when they were in poer. Those shoutings are just political stunts.

3> The actual picture of this country is far different from the picture presented by the media. Although we went through a few riots that were labelled as hindu muslim riots, but once you visit the actual site you would come to knwo that all the communities in those areas sufferd due to the riots and nobody ever wanted them. Most of the times the riots are caused by the political groups to show their dissent and not by the masses. Media is supposed to present the correct picture here. Instead of stating that hindus or muslims did it they could actually name out the political groups invloved in it (which they would never do for the sake of their own revenues).

4> Experienceing the facts and looking at the picture are two very different things. Indians are people with extreme emotions. they may say anything to show their dissent once they are angry, but this is the only unique country where a temple and a mosque can exist side by side, where a hindu can go and enjoy Sheer Kurma in a muslim house and a muslim can fire crackers during diwali. I've seen and experienced this a hell lot of times, haven't you?

Get on to facts friend...

:-)

Yes. It is not the texts that cause that cause some Hindus to oppose Muslims and vice-versa. Followers of both faiths dwelt peacefully during the Mughals and the preceding rulers. The earliest evidence of Hindu-Muslim grudges is when the colonialist tried to divide the people of India on the basis of religion and caste in order to consolidate their hold on the land after the 1857 revolt so that the power of the opposition forces would be lessened. Even though they tried to tell the Muslims and Hindus that they had different interests, the Indian National Congress formed in 1885 thwarted many more plans to divide the people of India on religious bases.

It's possible for any people to live in harmony if and when living in harmony takes priority to having your own way. If your ideology makes you do things that make living in harmony impossible then a change would be needed. Living in harmony is all about trade offs. You get something of value (not necessarily what you want) in exchange for concessions.
Couples do it all the time. In fact that is what relationships are all about (give and take).

Yes certainly it is possible because Hindus followers and Islam followers respect each other and they can live in harmony with out bring a major change in their ideology and cultures. They can help, love and appreciate each other. in their everyday of life. You can see its harmonious implementation in Bali island of Indonesia where hindus are the majority citrizen and muslims are the minority. In the opposite also in Lombok island next to Bali island where muslims the majority and hindus the minority they can live together side by side in a peacerful condition. In their religion celebrity they also help and respect each such as in Idul Fitri day for muslims and in Nyepi (no fire/electricity)day for hindus. They defend their own ideology without bothering or distur
bing other religion followers.
If you do not believe me you must visit Bali a welknown thou sand temples island in Indonesia..

nicely its no longer some thing like that. Ya yet when 'assisting a minority' is what u time period as 'to love'...then easily it loves muslims and christians and that i wager its required too. What makes India particular is the actual incontrovertible truth that freedom is given to everyone to choose their faith and as we've majority Hindus it turns into obtrusive for a ruling celebration to help the minority communities. activities like BJP will under no circumstances do dat coz given an chance they could besides declare India to be a Hindu usa...and nicely congress has countless Hindus and Sikhs leaders at apex so I dont imagine its even a possibility that they hate them.. i wish u r replied...

They certainly can and many of them do live in harmony. There is no essential difference between their needs. They want to live well and worship for peace and prosperity. Their aspirations are the same.If they go back in time some 2000 thousand years, they would find themselves in the same roof living and struggling together. They can be harmonious as easily as they chose to be disharmonious.

Possible "yes". Probable: "no". Hope, education, understanding with lots of effort involved on both parts would make a win-win.

Indian vs. Pakistan. An entire separate country formed because of discrimination.

Caste systems are flawed and dehumanizing and by their very nature are unlikely to change.
