I get all kinds of different guys staring and smiling at me all the time, But why dont they try to talk to me? This is totally bugging me lol, So any answers i can get will help me....

guys are insecure even though they wont tell you...so my assumption would be that they smile in hopes you will take the initiative and talk to them...of course they are intimidated and dont want to be turned down...they throw the hint and hope you respond to it and if not well then no embarrassment on their part!

Generally, guys are afraid of rejection. The more beautiful, popular and wanted they think she is...............the less likely they are to take action. Men aren't good when it comes to getting their egos hurt or looking like a fool. If you see these guys staring and smiling, then do the same in return to those that you are interested in getting to know better. Giving these guys eye contact for a while will probably give them the confidence and nerve to say HI and start chit-chatting.

It really depends on the situation. Maybe the guy has a girlfriend and he knows he cannot get involved with you so he just smiles at you to let you know he thinks you are attractive. Then again maybe he is just a very shy guy or doesn't have much confidence in himself when it comes to talking to girls. Sometimes it may better for you (girls) to walk up to the guy and initiate the conversation. If you are really hot or sexy than maybe they are intimidated by your beauty. The possibilities are endless

It's pretty obvious, theyre afraid of being rejected, therefore also being scared. That could also mean you are very attractive.
BUT if you intiate the conversation the guy will talk to you definitely.

that happens to me a lot too. usually, some guys have a staring problem so they stare at all girls but most of them are too shy to come up to girls. Its just there way of saying i like you sometimes. not all the time but sometimes. Its really weird i know but u just should ignore them or u go up to them and talk. doesnt matter. good luck!!!

What kind of action do suggest they take? Maybe you should trying taking the iniative and approaching one of these guys and find out which ones are boys and which ones are men. Just a thought I had.
