Cruel is cruel even in a joke,you can not put out a fire, by putting more fire.Matured approach to this boy is to teach him firmly ,not to make fun of others.If he still do it ,just ignore him.

Ask him how tall he is...Then say I didn't know they stacked SH*T that high
Call him a ****** and tell him he has pubic hair stuck in his braces. Make sure you say, I bet you could suck a golfball through a garden hose.
Tell him that he is good for nothing because he is black and he will grow up and be in a gang or live on welfare.
