I believe so, because mine, were in by age 16. I knew they were coming in about I was surprised that it didn't hurt. My dentist even confirmed that they were my wisdom teeth. They came in almost at the same time and I still have them. Many of my friends had them pulled because it was painful. Maybe it was because they were not ready for wisdom since they are such block heads. lol

IF YOU ONLY HAVE 28 IN STEAD OF 32 TEETH, THEN YOU DON'T HAVE YOR WISDOM TEETH (THIRD MOLARS).
Wisdom teeth are third molars that usually appear between the ages of 17 and 24 (although they may appear when older, younger, or may not appear at all). They are commonly extracted when they affect other teeth—this impaction is colloquially known as "coming in sideways." [1] It is possible that wisdom teeth were useful when it was common for humans to lose several teeth to decay by the age when they appear.[1] Most people have four wisdom teeth, but it is possible to have more or fewer. Absence of one or more wisdom teeth is an example of hypodontia. Any extra teeth are referred to as supernumerary teeth.[

Your wisdom teeth usually come much later and aren't considered your regular teeth. You are thinking of Molars. Which by the age of 13 or 14 have all come in.

it all depends on you, there is nothing else involved. Some people grow teeth faster than others, i was done growing mine when i was 14 and they were pulled when i was 15, but my cousin didnt get them pulled until she was 20 because they didnt even start growing until she was 18.
