is it wrong to kill a human for ones motive? If it is, is it not wrong to kill animals for food? Is it wrong to live naked in a form that God made you? Is it right to believe in God in the first place? Who decides what's right and whats not? Are we really independent with the law deciding what we are allowed to do and what we are not? Why can't we just live in a world where everyone has his/her own definition of what is right and what is not and the only dictate that governs our life is that our definition of right and wrong should not be deterimental to our best interests :-?

Right and wrong like good and evil, don't exist in reality, at least not outside of the mind that believes in them. They are only judgments passed by the individual from their own unique perspective. What one person sees as bad or evil may seem to be the only logical thing to do from some other perspective. The ideas of both good and evil are point of view specific. This is why people like bush and bin laden are either loved or hated. Bush is seen as good by people who share his fear based thought system. Those who have a compassionate concern for all of mankind often see him as evil.

Bin laden is much the same. He is a villain in much of the western world, but he is somewhat of a celebrated pop star on the Middle East. There are T-shirt shops that sell items with his picture as though he was Jesus. It all depends on your point of view or perspective.

To sum it all up good is the name we give to people who do things that we think we like.

Evil is the name we give to people who do the things that we don’t like.

This is of course based solely on our particular point of view.

Yes it is wrong to murder a human, whatever the motive. This, of course is different from killing(war, execution, etc). To equate murdering a human and killing and animal for food is silly. Humans are not animals and are set apart by God as having the image of God, that is, emotions, the ability to think, make decisions based on evidences and logic, create and appreciate beauty, art, etc.. In fact, God killed the first animal, some think it was a lamb, to cover Adam and Eve for their sin. God decides what is right and wrong and there is universal morality. Would you really want to live in a world that was otherwise? Would you really want to live in a world where each of us decided for ourselves what was right and wrong? Say I decided it was right for me to come into your home and steal your stuff, could you say I was wrong in doing that? Situational or arbitrary ethics are dangerous, especially in the hands of a tyrant or dictator. We have seen plenty of examples of this throughout history.

First of all, humans, by nature, are instinct-driven and selfish. If everyone were to decide what were right and wrong for ourselves then it would probably be the end of the world, and I'm sort of joking, sort of not.

Thing about it. Someone wants to knife someone because they think it's all right to not work for food and just steal other's food. Someone else thinks it's okay to have sex whenever they want- even if it means rape. A man thinks love is right so he murders the husband of the woman he loves. Someone doesn't like a certain country so they nuke them.

That was kind of a dense question to ask.
