Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day, and day to day based on many factors. For instance, after you've just eaten, the undigested food in your stomach will increase your weight. As your body digests it, your weight will decrease.

The most important thing is not to obsess over your weight to the pound where you get upset as the scale fluctuates. This is not healthy, and could be the sign of a psychological issue. Seriously.

Weigh yourself at the same time everyday.

The most recommended way is to weigh yourself in the morning after using the bathroom. This tends to be your most accurate weight measurement.

It sounds like you maybe ate some salted foods for the super bowl which retains water and temporarily will cause you to gain weight.

Whoa, slow down and relax. You can't just weigh yourself every day and say "Oh no! I gained 4 pounds overnight!"

Your weight naturally fluctuates a little as you eat and drink and piss and ****. You need to focus on the long term.

never weigh yourself once a day - we all have normal fluctuations. seriously, weigh yourself once to twice a week and leave it at that.
no,you cannot gain that much or lose that much day to day. alot of it could be water levels, especially, as women fluctuate this way daily.
