You should go to the ER. The worst case is it is apendicitis, even if you do not have any other signs it still could be apendicitis, my brother had this and he was lucky, he was told if he would have waited another hour it would have erupted, which is BAD!!! I had problems like this and my DR swore it was apendicitis but when we went to have an x-ray done to see, it turned out my apendix were fine. Ended up even though i was having normal bowal movements I still had a little feces not passing and causing the problem. Either way you should go to the ER and rule out apendicitis. If you have had your apendix taken out then try purchasing some magnesium (not milk of magnesium, just regular magnesium it's orange) and drink the entire bottle....it will make you have diariah for a few hours but it will take whatever blockage there is away! Good luck!

first do these tests. yes i am being serious. this will help determine if you have Appendicitis. stand up and do a jumping jack does it hurt? if so then do you also have pain near the belly button too? if yes lie down softly put pressure on belly button and slide hand toward lower right side, hurts? if you answer yes to these questions..... get to the hospital right away...you probably have Appendicitis

It could be a lot of different things.
Do you have a fever? Do you feel nauseous or have you thrown up?
Those symptoms combined could indicate appendicitis.
If the pain worsens or you feel ill or are running a temperature. Go to the emergency room.
Other than that, See your doctor in the morning.

It could be gas. If its intestinal, you could try taking some acidopholis and see if that helps.

If it is steadily getting worse, it could be your appendix. If it doesn't get better soon, see a doctor.
