Fortunately those feelings will fade. Use the 'recovery-time' to rebuild your self-esteem. Surround yourself with good and supportive friends and treat yourself to something nice.

You will feel bad for a while and it could take some time to recover but use that time wisely. If you would have stayed with him or if you'd get back together with him he'd probably keep playing you. In the long run that will make you much more miserable.

Good luck :)

Of course you have feelings for him, even if he was mean and lying to boot!!! Click the link(s) below to better understand the hormones you're dealing with. And then? Lean on friends and family to help coddle and manage these hormones--and channel them (eventually) to some new and useful path: a course of study (dance, ballet, jazz, tango, ballroom) or hobby that provides growth and self discovery (writing, bicycling, painting...even landscaping!) Eventually, you'll be using more of energies and creating positive hormones for the new venture and this old shoe will become less and less of a drive and more of a memory.

Oh, you're a woman. You've got the "love hormone" in spades--it's what bonds us to our babies!!! So give your hardwired hormones time and opportunity to calm down. See the link(s)

Give it time and the feelings will go away. We cannot control how we feel thats life. He played you a few times you say so i would not go back but that may not change your feelings for him. You know your better without him thats why he is an ex. Just try to find something else to focus on and the feelings will go away in time..Good Luck

Move on ....never go back. Ur only asking for more trouble. If you end up married you'll end up divorced anyway. Now if you're the girl and he has more $$$ than you then marry him...then get divorced and take 1/2 his cash. Then move on to the next one. (Isn't that how most the women in this world get ahead if they can't make the cash on their own?) That's what I have witnessed in my 50 years of living.

right here is the difficulty, i've got confidence that merely using fact a pair argues does not mean they don't love one yet another. you mustn't attempt to tension something together with her using fact she remains together with her boyfriend. If she is going once you mutually as she has a boyfriend, what makes you think of as quickly as you get her she will not do the comparable situation lower back?

It's always hard getting over an ex, I currently am right now too.

Just takes time to get over him and it sounds like they weren't meant to be. She needs to find someone that will treat her right.

first question why he is an x, did u break it of or did he. if it was u, think hard and than talk with him about how you feel, if it was him, question why, and if it feels right in heart and soul move on

she should realize that not all guys suck and forget about him. when someone stays with someone that treats them like crap, its usually because they like the way they feel being in a relationship, not necessarily because they like that other person. not all guys are dogs, find yourself a good one.
