I bought the book Guess How Much I Love You tonight for my boyfriend's 6 year old son for them to read together. Is this book to babyish for them to read? I love this story so much and wanted to share it with them. Do you think it will be okay? Thanks

I don't think it is too babyish at all - 2, 4, 6, or 8. . .children can all gain something from a book such as this one that expresses love for them. It is a sweet book!!

I understand where you would question it being a little babyish for him, but I think at 6 they still enjoy a little "coddling".

I think it would be great! I love this book also. I bought it for my husband and wrote his name and my name in the spots where it was the other two. It made it more personal. But I think it is a great choice, besides just tell them it is one of your favorite so it is special.

i love that book. i own it and have read it to all my children so far. no, i dont think it is too babyish.

I absolutley adore that book, and i happen to be 13!!! it is a very good book, and everytime i read it, i gat all emo and cry....pretty corny, i konw, but that book is touching!! read the back! it states that all ages will love dis book! it aint lyin!!
