I seem to suffer severe intolerances (sometimes allergies). Even a multivitamin or fluroscent lights or some homeopathic remedies tend to be very sensitive for me. I was under severe stress for a while & later I was given a pyschotropic drug (for fatigue) which seemed to have aggravated my condition.
I took the med for 7 weeks & stopped about 5 months ago. I did have withdrawal symptoms. I figured out thro' a holistic doc. that I have some nutritional deficiencies.
When I started to take the supplements I did experience dizziness, headaches, burning sensation in my eyes, nostrils, around lips etc.
Later I was told that I need to get desensitized using the BioSet technique. I haven't tried it yet.
So if there is someone out there who can share their experience which could help me I'd be really grateful.
Thanks

I have trouble eating in the morning as well. And often milk makes my tummy hurt. I would suggest cutting out the food you think is bothering you. It may be that you have an intolerance to wheat products. Usually with food allergies, they ask you to limit what you eat to the foods you know don't bother you, and slowly, one at a time, add foods you are suspect of. If they bother you, you are intolerant, don't eat that food. An allergist could help you or a GI doc. It could be any number of things, from lactose intolerance to glucose intolerance. You are right to see your Dr.

hi, you really don't say what exactly you are experiencing symptom wise, however if you are searching on Internet for answers i know you are desperate for someone to explain why you feel the way you do. i can relate and can say from experience no one has answers on why we are the way we are and are experiencing what we are. just go with your gut feelings if you believe different than what the Dr's or specialist tell you. they are not always right either. i have found most don't' really care. good luck in your search. been there and still am
