now haveing a diet that includes fiber if you dont want to eat five vegetables they have this tastless powder that helps and gives you the proper amount of fiber also eating yogurt helps you lose weight dont eat before you work out rather include it in your lunch and breakfast also running helps a lot, i run with a sweater and when i take off my sweater im drenched with sweat i also drink a lot of water in my day i drink whenever i have a chance except dont drink too much since it can cause problems during workouts (vomiting)
