I want to get her something just because for Valentines day, but she's openly dismissive of me?

Question

The short version is there's this girl I really like and we used to talk along time ago and then she told me she didn't want to talk to me any more. Then after that there was one day where we talked a little and we used to say hi to each other, then we stopped. She sneaks looks in my direction when it's just her or her and one of her friends around, and sometimes she'll walk near me or sit directly across from me at the table she sits at at lunch (and sometimes I see her looking up at me from where she's sitting) the only thing is there was just one time where she said something (again, short version) when she was around a lot of other people that showed that she doesn't like me. I clearly understand she doesn't feel the same was I do about her, and until recently I was hoping she missed me but now I'm sure she probably doesn't, but I still want to get her something just because, even though I think if I did she'd think she had me under control or whatever. Should I get her something?

I don't expect her to like me back, though it would be cool if she did, but I can see some signs that we may miss each other and I would just like for us to be friends again the way we used to be.

Find another girl who will treat you right no matter who's around. Anyone thats ashamed of being seen with someone for the sake of what their friends think is a pure loser in my book. Anyway, find a girl that deserves your time, you seem like a nice guy and you dont need this in your life..Dont waste your money on her!! She will probably try to prove something to her friends and throw away your gift while laughing and hi fiving her girls. Once you find that perfect girl for you (wether it be after v-day) The other girl will see how good you treat her and realize that could've been her ..She'll be so jealous she'll rip her eyes out..Never ever do something for someone they wouldn't do for you..Girls like her are usually terrible girlfriends anyway.. I know what I had to say was a little harsh, but so is high school and its better to have someone tell you than to actually live it out..Good luck little bro

Takng a wild guess that I'm your age, (early teens), If u get her something, u'vegot to find a creative way to give it to her. If u just come up there like an Idiot and give her something, ure gonna look sorta desperate. THen u won't get anywhere. If she's like really popular, she probably feels one way about u, but if she's around all the cool kids, things aren't gonna b the same. She doesn't want to ruin her reputation for love. So get her something that's not to flashy, but that a girl would like. Like a nice-looking necklace. Don't go confessing love, play it cool and say happy valentines day, wink at her and leav it. Be audacious. Make a big bang while she's in a crowd. Show u like her but don't say it, or else, yet again, desperate. U gotta act confident, but don't g nuts and act like superman and make yourself look like somekind of wannabe laddykiller.

Then again, this girl sounds like she is just toying with u. So in the end, whichever way u go, make sure this is rite, she sounds like a gold digger drama queen 2 me. If she don't like u enough to show it, she aaint worth ure time.
