If you are in the US, I would strongly advise you to wait until she is at least 18 years old. Otherwise, you may be guilty of the crime of statutory rape, EVEN IF SHE CONSENTS. You could be sentenced to heavy fines and jail, and have a criminal record for criminal sexual conduct. That means you could have to register as a sexual criminal FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. That would effectively keep you from getting any good jobs.

Wait - for your own good.

Legally speaking it depends where you live. Assuming you live in the United States, most states permit that if the younger person is more than 16 years of age and the sex is consentual, than it is not considered rape.

However, I would strongly advise you to ask your girlfriend what her feelings are about having sex before you go right to it. Also I would advise that you use some form of protection as I don't think you would want a little child to end up in your life anytime soon.

You're both too young to have sex, well, she is anyway. And you're also both too young to be married, well again, she is.

It is NOT necessary to have sex before you're married to know if you're going to be sexually compatible. I didn't, and I can promise you my husband and I are just fine in the bedroom, and have been for the last 19 years. You KNOW if you're physically attracted to someone, you feel it in your gut. Well, you feel it a few other places too, but we won't go there.....

If she doesn't want to have sex, and you love her, you need to respect that. Let her grow up, and you grow up some too, before you guys take that huge step into marriage. You both need to be able to support yourselves, emotionally and financially, before getting married to each other. Let her finish school. You both need to finish your college educations. Get jobs so that you can support a family when that happens. THEN get married. If you both really love each other, you can wait for the right time to be married.

i would wait until she is 18.....things are much more pleasurable when you are older and more mature........i was 14 years old and it was the biggest mistake of my life... you don't need to have sex with her to plan for your marriage......if you both love eachother the sex will be great whether or not you take her out for a test drive first

many times having sex before marriage robs you of really getting to know the person well, because u are confusing love with sex, and once the honeymoon stage is over u become disillusioned.

Pre-marital sex is a decision that must be made by each individual. When you BOTH are ready, that will be the time when it is best to have sex.
If you are asking for advice as to how to perform the act, then I suggest you talk to your parents about that.

well, um, untill she's 18 it's not the best idea cause if you get cought... well, for one thing you will be registerd as a sex offender. and she'll get in trouble. but i pursonaly think it would be ok.
