Your weight is fine. Dont be aneorexic, and eat some nuts while your at it to maintain a nice bit of healthy protein. Excersise somewhat, and drink plenty of milk.

no ur going to feel like crap if u only eat fruits and vegetables, trust me.....but if u eat large amounts of them for example 2 apples an orange a banana some carrots a salad with lots of dark green veggies and tomatoes, and eat a big sized helping of salad, plus food like sandwiches with deli meat and veggies on whole wheat bread, spaghetti, yogurt, high fiber cereals, then u will. I am 5'9 and 124 lbs and i lost 11 lbs eating lots of fruits and veggies along with other filling healthy foods, oh and don't forget grilled chicken and fish, u need protein but these are very lean meats so they won't add on fat

Probably to an extent, but keep in mind that fruit is packed with fructose which translates into carbohydrates which translates into fat if that energy source isn't used.

Ultimately, a sensible diet which allows you some pleasure from your food, mixed with a moderate exercise regimen is the best combination. Our bodies are just carb burning machines! Hop on a bike, go for a brisk walk! Burn those carbs! Go team go!

As long as you keep your total calories at about 1200/day, a diet of fruit and veggies should work. But I would advise you to only follow this diet for a short period, as you will not meet all of your nutritional requirements if this is all you are eating.

definitly the high fibers make you lose weight and also it does not include calories in your diet but i recomend eating something since if you plan to work out you cant just run on fruits alone so you need to eat something with around 100-150 calories or
carbs

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

Yes, clearly, because they have hardly any calories. You can eat a TON of fruit and still only consume like 500 calories. I think you're at an ok weight though.

Sure can. Just balance what you eat. Raw, dried, juiced, all the different colours. Don't overdo it. You need some carbs and lean protein as well. Most important, lay off the booze, sugar and fatty foods. Exercise is critical as well. Walking is great.

Probably. It would be difficult to eat too much (calories) if all you eat are fruits and vegetables. Also eating real food is healthier. I hope you don't loose very much weight. Unless you are extremely small boned, your weight is real close to right.
