Klinefelter's syndrome (47, XXY) is not an aneuploidy of the Y chromosome, but the extra X chromosome usually results in defective postnatal testicular function. This does not seem to be due to direct interference with expression of Y genes, and the mechanism is not fully understood
It would be a boy but some things he may have are enlarged breasts, sparse facial and body hair, small testes, and inability to produce sperm.

if someone has an extra chromosome x it would be XXY and they would be a male with Klinefelter Syndrome which occurs in about 1 in 500 live-born males. XXY males have low fertility and usually some mental retardation. Their testes are much smaller than normal, their body hair is sparse, and there may be some breast enlargement. Testosterone injections can reverse some aspect of this but not the infertility or mental retardation.

people with Down syndrome have three copies of chromosome 21, instead of the two copies found in other people... but that's not the sex chromosome, i tihnk you may be talking about dioplody or hypoplody (sp?) or maybe hermaphroditism
