I know very little about cars but I do know public libraries have Chilton and Motor manuals that you can check out. Hope you can find some help there.

The ford Mustang tranny 3650 has a 10 spline input shaft and uses a 10.5 clutch disc. The cobra uses a 11.0 disc and has more teeth on the input shaft. A good set of Ceramic pads and have your rotors turned are as good as any slotted rotor performance.

Don't put a center force clutch in. Both me and friends who have used them have had nothing but problems with them. Use the stock clutch or Ford does have SVT that may provide a stronger clutch. Buying a light weight flywheel will do you more good. But if your stock or mildly stock you will be wasting your money on an upgraded clutch. On the brakes, are they not doing the job? If yes, then you are wasting your money again. If not, you want to buy upgraded brakes for the application you are doing. Autocross or just street application will make a big difference on what kind of brakes you will need.

cobras have the 11 inch all other 4.6 have 10.5 inch clutch. Local libraries have motor/chilton manuals. or auto zone/advance auto parts etc stay away from slotted and drilled rotor. no special pad needed just use a high perf pad if you plan on drag racing it.

10.5
the cobra uses the 11"
No, you dont need special brake pads for slotted rotors. But if your going to upgrade the rotors, you might as well upgrade the pads to non metalic/ceramic
heres the specs for the tranny

There had been 2 unique Cobra engines. One used to be made through Ford, the opposite used to be made my McLaren. (If I don't forget proper). The McLaren used to be thoroughly unique engine, even though it used to be an overhead cam motor. It used to be now not a Ford product in any respect. So what you have got to do is touch your pleasant Ford components division. They can exceptional reply your questions. AND prevent plenty of cash within the approach.
