i actually had wide-spread, sliver braces, yet I promise you, it would not damage to get them positioned on. It hurts somewhat afterwards, although that is extra of a rigidity feeling than some thing. they'll experience somewhat humorous on your mouth for a lengthy time period, yet you get used to them quick adequate! sturdy luck tomorrow!! ~Smellyycatt
