Ok, i am 14 and weigh 125. I hate it and i ssooo need to lose weight. I HATE my legs and i Hate going shopping and having to get a 8 in juniors or a 2-4 in womens. I so want to get into a 4 in jouniors and a 0 in womens. I want to be able to wear a swimsuit that shows off my legs when i go swimming. Cause right now i hate wearing shorts or swimsuits. I want to lose 15-20 pounds, for myself. And I want to lose it in about 1 month to 2 months. I want to look pretty and fit into skinny jeans. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! If you have any diet plan that you can suggest please do. Oh, and i am taking Hoodia for about a month and nothing has changed! If your gonna tell me to exersise, could ya tell me what to do in it. I am now starting softball and i TRY to do tae-bo at least 3 times a week. THANK YOU!!! (best answer gets 10 points :] )

Walk. And then walk some more. Drink 8 glasses of water daily. Nothing shapes up legs or promises to drop the pounds like walking and water. It doesn't need to be complicated.
Losing 20 pounds in 2 months isn't impossible but it's a tall order. Before you decide how much you need to lose, check out a Body Mass Index chart (BMI) that correlates weight and height.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I hope you're not very tall because losing 15-25 pounds will put you at a very unhealthy weight if you're around 5' 6" or so. Anyway, to slim your legs, you'd want to walk or jog. Something aerobic, in other words. Best way to get fit is to get a buddy to do it with you if you possibly can. Works best because you've got each other to help motivate and encourage. Good luck but don't overdo it or you'll injure yourself or make yourself sick and that will make everything come to a screeching halt. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water too!

Try the great body gauranteed excersizes. I think you can buy a dvd with the excesizes on www.beachbody.com. I have the dvd and i love it. Do it every day. They show you how to beginner and advanced excersizes for all different parts of the body. Constantly weigh yourself too. It is proven that people who constantly wiegh themselves lose more. also try aerobics or yoga. It is supposed to be fun and easy.

Nothing can change you genes! We are all built differently. If you want to get in shape, diet and exercise are the only things that work. And I do not mean starving yourself. Pills do not work! Period! If you need to lose weight. (which it sounds like to me you do not) limit your calories and exercise. If you want to tone your legs try squats with lite weights or the stairmaster. FAD DIETS DO NOT WORK!

drink lots and lots of WATER!!! water is needed for the body to function anyway and the more you drink, the more you flush out of your system. Also, if you drink 2hrs-1hr before your meal, you aren't going to be as hungry, yet still get what you need.

of course, exercise is always grea too. i've found that spending even one hour a day on the tredmill or exercise bike (if you keep up with it) is great for the thighs...best of luck!

You cannot choose where you lose weight in your body.

But you can choose where your body loses body fat, and by losing body fat in your legs....you should do some lunges, squats, and tons of other leg workouts.

walking is best. walk about 30 to 45 minutes 5 days a week. you will see results in a few weeks.

Eat the basics & stay away from junk food or at least not as much.Eat healthy stuff & ride a bike.
