Why don't you see it like that.
Both will let you away from Him & being away from Him is the destruction itself.
And if I reached to destruction, I don't care by then whether I'm the Lord of destruction or the lowliest person there.

I can't believe the innane answers you're getting.
Of course Child molestation is a million times worse than stealing a piee of bread!
Jesus said, "if anyone shall cause any of these little ones to stumble, it would be better if a millstone were tied around his neck and he were thrown into the sea". Pretty harsh words, but well deserved for child molesters. He said nothing comparable to this to those who steal a bit of bread, in fact, when he and his desciples walked thru a field of grain, they picked the heads of grain and ate them. No sin in that, they were hungry, and this is allowed in the law.

No don't worry about what is supposed to be in Gods eyes it's all fable and scare tactics to control the flock of sheep that belong to the group!
I will say that the law itself made examples of those who stole bread or molested children.
Molesters were made into Judges and Lawyers and bread stealers were sent to Australia.

Only if you also steal the child and molest the bread. That makes them essentially the same crime. Bread molestation is the 14th Deadly Sin.

Dear Jibba
It is obvious that you have some extreme anger in this subject... If someone molested you as a child, then you know how much damage this can cause.
The issue is how much harm can be caused by any given sin -- and is there such a thing as forgiveness for even the most harmful sin.
Answer -- there is such a thing as forgiveness.
You need to do your anger work and one day, you will be able to forgive the person that molested you (and betrayed you).
Bitterness is like swallowing poison and expecting it to kill your enemy (I think Nelson Mandela said this). Once you are free of the bitterness, you will be able to put it into perspective -- that all of us are able to overcome this sort of betrayal.

Yeah. that's really what they think. So basically, they are admitting that God is a grossly incompetant vile thing incapable of weighing out ethics.
It makes no sense at all.
But then, we are talking about his sensless followers, not the actual God,
which may still exist==care not as he seems to.
But his followers are idiots, you know that.....
and they suck too, because when you get down to it: it is THEY who actually think it's all the same.
They are sick and twisted and without reason or compassion.

God don't discriminate on what sin is worse. He judges all sin the same, except for the Blaspheme of the Holy Spirit. There is no forgiveness. God will punish all those who sin. He will also forgive, but we still have to take the punishment. No one gets away with anything.

Well then join the Mormon church because they believe that one sin is worst then another...brother. They believe that when you die, you will either go to the Celestial or telestial or terestial kingdom, depending on how good you are. They believe that killing is the worst sin. So there you go, but the Mormons are a cult, they have paganism, freemasondry and the jewish faith all messed up in their religion. www.saintsalive.com

First off, don't screw God. God is a beast and he knows what is best. But here is how my dad explained it to me. Let's pretend everyone's "sin record" is a completely white blank sheet of paper. Now when you sin, you get a mark on this paper. So, you cheat on a test and that's a little pink dot. But if you kill someone, that a huge black mark. Either way, your paper is not completely white (only Jesus's was). I hope that made sense and helped.

Yes, once God forgives the sin, it is gone, lost, forgotten. But the deeds will determine what you get when you are in heaven. How many crowns you'll have to lay at Jesus' feet. Which is the ultimate goal.
