I suppose to be studying my exam and doing my Math homework but I'm on yahoo answers, asking and answering questions. Is there a therapy to stop this addiction? Really, I'm serious.

Get off the computer and work on your math for about 1/2 hour. Then come back on for about 10 minutes, and go back off while you work on math for another 1/2 hour.
You're not addicted. You're procrastinating! Go do your math!!!

Although Yahoo Answers is a pretty addicting website, you need to control yourself. Anything done in excess is always harmful. That is one of life's biggest lessons. The easiest way is to divert your attention to more important endeavors. Warn yourself that you need to finish your homework otherwise you will get screwed up in school. Try to balance your time. Have an alarm clock beside the computer so you know when it's time to turn it off. Do some sports or watch TV. There are tons of other things you can do aside from sitting in front of your computer the whole day.

Find some other hobbies that interest you! Or if your that addicted, drop all the other sites that are not making any money for you and start finding a way to make money while online. Build a site that sells itself.
