if u had to be either blind or deaf, and u cant choose neither which one would u choose?

I would rather be blind due to the fact there are so many more positives in my life if I were to be blind. I want to wake up hearing the sounds of the ocean, hear the music of happiness around me, I want to hear the joyful sounds of my children someday. Because all of my other senses would be heightened, I feel that i would be able to touch my lovers face and know he is happy and also hear the love in his voice or the frustration. I know I would not be able to see the ocean or the wonders of the world, but hearing those sounds or the way other react could create such a positive response in myself, that I would choose to be blind rather than deaf.

If I had enjoyed not being any of those, I think I would rather be blind than be deaf, since music is something I'm not giving up.
But if I was born either deaf or blind, I would choose deaf, since you can learn to read lips.

if you were deaf you cant hear music, you cant hear funny jokes, vital information. if you were blind you cant see the world and precious moments. very hard question. i was thinking about this the other day..everyone should be grateful!

i would rather be blind, b/c your hearing becomes more intuned, and you can picture where things are with your hearing. sight is over rated. you can only see whats in front of you, but you can hear eveything around you.

go the blind!! the only objection is the day of my kids weddings. i would want to see them rather than hear them, but in the long run i want to talk to my kids rather than watch my kids.
