Something to track what you use, food list for shopping, menu planning or something? Or maybe a cheap program you know of that I can get for under $20 Thanks.

Kraft.com has one. I use it, it's great! They have 11 different weeks, just click on the week you want and print that weeks shopping list. It'll print out 5 meal ideas, and the shopping list for each.

Call the company (dial 611 from your mobile phone). Different phones have different ways of using AIM. Some use it as sending SMS texts to and from the phone (this requires logging to the internet, which uses the data plan, and sending/receiving texts, a texting plan). Other phones strictly just use the internet application.

Two places for good recipes - including ways to build meals, is:

http://www.greatmealsonline.com and http://www.great-dinner.com

Neither makes the meal plans for you, but they do offer some pretty good recipes. I've made a bunch and a friend sent them recipes and they were posted.
