Tornadoes can come from anywhere in the world, though 75% come from the US. Sometimes there are even tornadoes in Russia. The way you phrased the question sounded funny. It's almost like we make them here in the US and export them.

Countries?? Ummm I'm not sure what you mean but let me try..
Tornados can form and have been recorded on every continent in the world (except Antartica). However, the United States recieves more tornadoes each year then every other country ;-)

Tornadoes are caused be certain climatic conditions and don't come from any particular country. They can occur anywhere in the world when conditions are right. When dramatic differences in temperatures colide and cause weather fronts that spawn tornadoes.

Most of the world's tornadoes happen in the Midwest in the USA. However, any time you have violent storms, tornadoes may be spawned.

They happen in the ocean (they're very weak and are called waterspouts).

Recently, there were tornadoes in Europe!
