i have to give my second son the talk soon and was thinking about showing him pictured from the internet to help him better understand it all. no crazy kinky stuff of course. just basic possitions. is this a good idea or not?

NO,it would be better to get him a couple of books from the library or a family planning clinic, ask him to read them, then talk to him about any questions he will have. If u think it would be better to read the books together, that would work too, then he could ask whatever questions come up. I'm sure these books have pics. to explain some of the positions. U sound like a good Dad, don't let him down on this. Remember he'll be a Dad 1 of these days, & he'll remember how u taught him, & maybe teach his own son the same way. Good Luck.

Not looking forward to the talk myself. Got a while for that but i don't see myself showing detail. The talk should just be the famous hey when 2 people love each other. But you know your son and your relationship better than me! Good luck! Remember safe is better!

Absolutely not. How old is he? Unless he's about to get married, this is a bad idea. Just buy some Christian puberty books and let him read them and then discuss them. The most I would say about positions is that God made the male and female body to fit together perfectly, like a puzzle piece, and you can go through the anatomy of the male and female. What you're describing is too much info.

You sound like you haven't got a clue......
Do you want your son to have respect for women,
or think of them as sex objects? Teach your son to treat a woman like you would want a man to treat your daughter.
We all have urges...we learn to control them. There are plenty of ways a young man hears about sex, and he probaly already knows alot. How do you want him to act when he is with a woman? Do you want him to feel that the act is a beautiful one,
or just to do whatever he feels like with whoever he wants to.
Anyway, he should see the tenderness you have with your own mate, and can see what love is truly about.
