Lift weights, thats what I did. I was tone in like a month. It really works and you see results fast, even if you arn't on a diet.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Your body will burn less carbs throughout the day; it absorbs more of them as fat as the day grows later. Also, at breakfast, make sure carbs are whole grains...like whole wheat, granola, oatmeal... and not pastries and doughnuts. Also cut out the sweets...however, it's alright to treat yourself with a desert once a week. Be leery of softdrinks; although they have 0 grams of fat they have a lot of sugar, and sugar turns to fat. Later, during the day make your carbs be things like vegetables;

Apples---your body requires more energy to burn them than the calories contained within them..So, Abate your hunger with all the apples you can eat.

EXERCISE AND MORE EXCERCISE!!!!! Do the TWIST and keep doing it...Stand at attention...lift you knee to the opposite elbow without bending. Be sure to TWIST

honestly its very simple but hard. youjust got to do crunches until it burns and then some. you wil see results if you keep a decent diet and work hard at the crunches.
