Fact from fiction, truth from diction. THAT, would take way more time than is allowed here. In short. Guys work girls like car salesmen work a mark stepping on the lot. The girl is shown the goods. If she is not gah gah already(which is the case a lot of times)desire is built up. He is the most fashionable accessory of the season. That to have him is to be cool. And envied. Urgency is created. That if she didn't commit she will be left out, he will pass her up and go to another. Once she is in the car, don't allow her to try anything else. She is told she will do no better if she left, that the next would be worse. That is lesson one. And the tip of a BIG ICE BERG. The ways guys do it in detail, like I say, not enough room or hours in the day.

Try to talk to her when you get the chance, and keep smiling, but not too much, it might be creepy.
Try out her hobbies and see if you find them interesting.
Talk to her as if you were talking to a male friend. Just realize that girls sometimes require more emotional support than guys. Talk about things together that aren't too personal. If it's too personal, it might lead to something more than what you want.
Talk to other girls as well to show that you just want to be friends.
Take her with some of your other friends to places - the mall, etc. Be sure that the other people you're taking your female friend with get along with the other people in your group.
Try to just be cool if you aren't comfortable around girls.
Try to do this with about four girls to show that you are just friends.

"lead on" as in flirting or as in just stringing them along?
As in fishing, you go to the fishing hole where the type of fish are that you're interested in. Obviously, you have to bring along some bait or lure...which also varies: some women go for looks, grooming, income, character, clothes, and even car or toys, or sexual allure. Others are looking for common interests, intellect, energy, friends, social circles, education, or family values. What do you have to offer along these lines? An open smile, an open conversation, and some honest disclosure of what you're about is the best possible lure/gimmick/bait. And if the fish bites--hang on for some fun and learning!

Guys like to give just enough to girls to leave them hanging so that when they want a bit of you, you're there waiting. Just enough, but not enough, is a clue that they are leading the girl on.

The same way that girls lead guys on. I have all girl friend's and believe me they are pros! lol!
I think guys are dumber about it though because they continue to use the same old crap they've always used to lead a girl on.

Flirting, being real nice, acting like theres something between the two of them, but in the end....the girl ends up nowhere and without the guy. Sometimes even heartbroken. Don't do it! Karmas a ***** !
