Bones Issues?

My dog was chewing on a knuckle bone yesterday. She has never had an issue (and this may not be related) but today she had an accident in the house for the first time (pooped in the middle of the kitchen), and then has had diarrea all day. Should I be worried? How long should I wait to take her to the vet?

I know I may just be a worried pet owner, but I want some advice if I can get it!

She probably just got an upset stomach from the bone. I would not be worried as long as she is acting okay and the diarrhea is not bloody, but if she is acting bad or having bloody diarrhea I would call the vet.
