i hear strange noises at night... like in my room... it is like a very soft scream... i hear things move around in my closet.... and my fan spins when there is no window open... please help... like give me a number to call to get rid of the spirits... please help im so scared... and im only 13.... this should not be happening to me

You need to talk to your parent or guardian. If you are taking medicines during the day, it may be causing you to see these things at night. That can be changed by changing your medicine. But you really need to talk to your parent.

Turn the TV off, let the cat out of the closet, and turn your fan off.
That will help the noise in the closet, the fan spinning, and the screams.

Visualise yourself surrounded by a protective, bright, white light.
Firmly tell the spirits to leave and follow the light. Let them know that their loved one's are waiting for them to arrive on the other side.
