Brandon ... I'm oversimplifying things, but if you have two legs and can pull a rifle's trigger, you've got what it takes.

Start checking out which branch you're interested in. Make sure you qualify for the school you want, make a good choice, and good luck to you.

I don't know about the other branches, but the Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard will take you with a GED.

However, each year, they only take a certain amount of people who are not high school graduates (ie, people with a GED), so you will need to talk to a local recruiter to make sure that you will be able to enlist with a GED at this time.

Not the Air Force, but you can join the Army. Not sure about the other branches.
