i have a class with this boy he always stare at me in class i do like him but am shy to talk to him?

Start by smiling when you catch him staring ar you, then saying a quiet "hello" when you pass him (again with a nice smile, friendly but not too enthusiastic). You don't have to go out of your way or make a big deal of it. You don't need to wave across a room. Just let him know you like him so he can feel you are approachable. Try not to always be surrounded by a group of friends (it's intimating to talk to someone if they are always surrounded with their friends) to give him a chance to talk to you.
