I dont run fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heres a couple of tips and excersises perfect for sprinters.
Endurance (For those 600s and 400s):
Run a 200 meter sprint going at a 85%-90% Speed
Rest for 4 min.
Run a 200 meter sprint going at a 85%-90% Speed
Rest for 3 min.
Run a 200 meter sprint going at a 85%-90% Speed
Rest for 2 min.
Run a 200 meter sprint going at a 85%-90% Speed
Rest for 1 1/2 min.
Run a 200 meter sprint going at a 85%-90% Speed
Rest and stretch.
If you feel dizzy afterwards you ddi right. Know your limits.

Speed:
Run 400 meters at 90 % speed.
Walk 200 meters (Half a lap usually)
Run 400 meters at "all-out" speed.
Walk 200 meters.
Run 400 meters at "all-out" speed.
Walk 200 meters.
Run 400 meters at 80% speed.
Stretch.

Work out on your upper body (biceps, chest, lower arm).
This will give you mroe control on thosde turns.
Work out on your lower body (squats,leg press, calf lifts).
This will help you last longer.

Suggested track and field workouts for sprinters:

Day 1 - 600, 200, 200, 100, 100 with full recovery
Day 2 - 3 sets of 3 x 30m
Day 3 - jog and strides
Day 4 - 8 x 150m w/2 minutes rest
Day 5 - flying 60m
Day 6 - jog.
Work on starts out of the block 2 days per week.

just eat right and work out. run few times a week and you`ll build up your speed

try doing plyometrics everyday, changing up the excercises. i love plyometrics and they helped get my verticle jump higher for highjump
