i live with my grandma and she still thinks i'm about 10 years old. i have hard time convincing her that i'm 13 and watn to have a boyfriend. so how do i convince her to let me wear a thong? e-mail me with suggestions or post them.

I think people may be thinking that you are going to show off because you said boyfriend and thong in the same sentence. A thong really is an adult underwear, and not ment for children, you are still a child. Thirteen is to young to have a boyfriend as well, you need to waite till you are sixteen. Then it needs to be supervised.
I am not going to call you names, I just want you to know that you are trying to grow up a bit to fast. You are not alone though, many girls your age are doing this, you do need to go and talk with your grandmother though because communication is the key to helping you here. If you don't feel you can talk to her, then go to the school counselor, or a teacher you really like that is female. Some of the subjects you are brouching needs to be discussed in person with a female much older than yourself.
I am sorry that I agree with your grandmother, I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but your grandmother is trying to protect you and with good reason, you are just much to young for the things you are wanting.

you are too young to wear a thong. you need to wait until you are about 16 to do this. i know you said that you are not doing it to show off but when you wear them with tight jeans you are showing off. you don't need to wear a thong to be beautiful and to have a boyfriend. it is what is on the inside that counts. do not show yourself off to boys. all boys want to do at this age is to get into your pants and get you pregnant. you are way way too young for that so just wait to wear one. hope this helps. good luck.

First of all, id like to know why you want to? they are so horribly uncomfortable! Honestly im guessing that it will make you feel more like a women and its an independence issue. Take it from someone who learned the hard way, don't grow up to fast. Your still young, enjoy it! your grandma will come around eventually and soon you will have all the independence you want. And if you still want a thong, be independent, save some money and buy one for yourself, you dont have to let your grandma see it.
