y dont u make her something..if u have pictures taken together, make her a collage of them..it would make her heart melt...girls love things like that..surprise her with that becuz she probly wouldnt expect it...

You could keep it simple and just give her cash. Or, you could get her a gift card to her favorite store or restaurant. But if you're looking for somethig a little more elaborate or even pricey, I would suggest someting like a diamond or gold necklace or braclet or even earrings. It will show her that you really care and love her.

Get her a birthstone necklace with writing engraved on the back saying "I love you" and then your name and give her roses and a romantic dinner just for you 2.

take her to her favorite place just the two of you and give her something that you think she will like..... However girls loves surprises...............
