I honestly can't remember the brand name of this cheese, but you can buy it at Sam's club and CostCo. It comes in 5lb "buckets" (they look like big, over-sized soup cans) and they have two different labels.. a yellow label for the "mild" cheese, and a red label for the "hot" cheese. This is the same cheese sauce that movie theaters and vendors sell.
I'm sure if you went to one of these stores, and asked an employee, they'd know exactly which brand you were talking about. (in fact, I'm pretty sure it's the only brand they carry).

anytime I have had the urge to clog an artery with some creamy fake delicious cheese goo on a chip, I mix together microwaved cheese wiz and some salsa. the more tomato saucy ones like pace work best. This is pretty good, and fairly close to what I remember the on the go stuff to taste like. It's the best I can suggest. Play around with the ratios and maybe throw some cream cheese in there to. I suggested this to another poster, she wanted to do it for a party and was thrilled with the results, but you want the exact flavor of the other brand so I can't promise you perfect results, but it is pretty close.

I am addicted to nacho cheese made from Velveeta and Tostitos salsa. The recipe is right on the box. Also Ragu makes this double cheddar cheese sauce, it is too die for when you mix it in with a mild salsa. You can get all of this at any grocery store.

My favorite is Que Bueno Nacho Cheese. It only comes in huge cans at Smart And Final.

Old El Paso..Just about any grocery store or party store will have it. The Tostitos brand is also good.

I do not know the name of it but I buy it @ Sam's Warehouse it comes in a big can it's really good cheese!!!!!

The best kind is the kind that you snipe from a big fat black lady at the Wal-Mart check out. Then she will yell out at you, "Come back here, that's Nacho Cheese!" Hee hee
