what to do with flaky skin?

i have flaky skin but if i use lotion den i start braking out more than before. i have a lot of acne on my forehead, my nose and my skin close to my nose. can some one help!!! if you can tell me and ill thank you a lot!!! luvs ecuadorian gurl!!

Swiss So Flower facial creams. You may have ecxsma and it seems to be a surety that you have overly sensitive skin

i have this moisturizer stuff cause i have the same prob. but it works really good
